About the Event

Complete the form and submit it along with your entry fee.
You can play as an individual or as part of a team of 2, 3, 4, or a maximum of 5 players.
Please submit one registration form for all of your team members along with the
appropriate entry fee ($40 for a team of 2; $60 for a team of 3, etc.).
Ticket to Play:
You will receive a ZOOM link via email after you register and submit payment. This is
the ticket each player needs to enter the game.
On the day of the game, you will use the link to log into the Zoom trivia game. Please
log in at least a few minutes before 7:00 pm to help us get started on time (the Zoom
call will be open approximately 15 minutes before game time).
The host will explain how to play and the rules once everyone joins the call.
